PACKAGING

Packaging choice is an important aspect of a product, both for its visual appeal on the shelf and for protecting the products from damage during transportation and storage. Many brands invest in innovative packaging with unique designs and materials to create a memorable experience for consumers.

When it comes to quality, it is crucial to ensure that both the packaging and the product meet high standards. The durability of the packaging and its ability to preserve the quality of the products are important factors to consider. Comprehensive tests are always conducted to ensure that the packaging is durable and effective.

In terms of logistics, efficient delivery and distribution play a central role. For CPP, it is essential to have a well-organized logistics process to ensure that products reach consumers on time and in good condition. Therefore, our choice of materials and manufacturers is always centralized in the EU, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.

PACKAGING TYPES

Bottle and Jar:

Bottles and jars are classic packaging types for creams,

lotions, toners, and hair products. The packaging can be made of plastic, glass, or even ceramics, depending on the product's requirements, and is available in both new and recycled materials.

Tube:

Tubes are a popular choice for products such as creams, face masks, sun products, and hair products. They are convenient and easy to use, made of plastic or laminated materials, and are now often produced in mono-material or recycled qualities.

Aerosol:

Aerosols are commonly used for products like perfumes, hairsprays, or face mists that require a propellant to activate the content. They have a nozzle that disperses the content in a spray, making it easy to apply the product evenly. There is also a version that uses air pressure as a propellant, known as Bag on Valve (BoV). Not all products are suitable for this solution, but it is a great alternative to traditional propellants.

Color Cosmetic:

Primarily used for eyeshadows, blushes, lash serums, brow serums, or hair finishing sticks. It is a compact bottle with a brush or applicator built into the cap, making it easy to apply the product. There are many different solutions; let's have a dialogue about your specific product needs.

Airless Pump:

Airless pumps are designed for products like serums or creams that need protection against oxygen and pollution. They ensure that the product remains fresh and effective by preventing contact with air and are easy to use. Air is pumped in by pressure, pushing the product out.

Sticks: Sticks are used for all types of stick products such as lipsticks, pomades, eye pencils, or concealers. They are easy to apply and transport, usually coming in a compact and convenient size.

These are just some of the many packaging solutions available for cosmetic products. The choice of packaging depends on the type of product, consistency, durability, and branding preferences. Let us know if you need more details. Please contact us.

CLOSE COLLABORATION

CPP ApS has had a close collaboration for many years with specific packaging suppliers, ensuring that your product needs are met, guaranteeing the quality of the packaging, and ensuring that the offered price is competitive. In addition to this, we also ensure a seamless process from packaging production to finished product, as the collaboration between our packaging manufacturers and our fillers is crucial.

We work closely with our fillers and packaging manufacturers to ensure that the packaging is designed and produced in accordance with the product's requirements. This often involves collaborating to create samples, prototypes, and final packaging products to ensure that the products are correctly packaged, and the finished product is produced correctly.

Packaging and product are checked and monitored throughout the process through internal and external laboratories, guaranteeing the product throughout its lifespan and ensuring that the products comply with applicable rules and standards.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

Reusable Materials:

By using reusable materials such as glass, metal, or recycled plastic, the dependence on single-use plastic packaging can be reduced. These materials can be recycled and have a longer lifespan, reducing overall waste and resource consumption.

Biobased Materials: Biobased materials such as bioplastics and plant-based plastics are made from biodegradable or renewable sources such as corn, sugarcane, or wood fibers. These materials have a smaller carbon footprint and can be more efficiently broken down after use.

Minimalist Packaging:

By using minimalist packaging, the amount of unnecessary material can be reduced, creating a more streamlined and environmentally friendly presentation of your products. This can include simplifying the packaging design, using less plastic in the design, increasing the proportion of recyclable materials, or increasing the use of refillable packaging solutions.

Bulk Packaging:

Bulk packaging is a method where multiple products are packaged together in larger containers or refill packs. This reduces the amount of single-use packaging and decreases transportation needs, resulting in lower emissions and less waste.

Recycling and Refilling: Encouraging recycling and refilling by offering incentives or options to return empty packaging for reuse or refilling.
